After graduating, she worked as a Behavior Therapist specializing in early intervention and therapeutic support for children and adolescents on the Autism spectrum. In 2014, she graduated with a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from Hope International University. During her practicum and associateship Ashley specifically enjoyed and excelled in working with individuals struggling with depression, and those maneuvering difficult interpersonal relationships. As a LMFT, Ashley specializes in providing trauma-informed and psychodynamic psychotherapy. She is trained in EMDR and NET, which are modalities that support healing through the mind-body connection to reprocess and release trauma and emotional stress held in the body. In addition to providing traditional therapeutic models, Ashley has extensive experience working with creatives, artists, and individuals who are curious and interested in unblocking, expanding their creativity, or experiencing the therapeutic and transformational nature of working through a passion/creative project.
